Marcio Felix. CEO in EnP Energy Platform since March 2020. Former Deputy Minister and Secretary of Oil, Gas, and Biofuels, Ministry of Mines and Energy, Brazil, he has lengthy and consistent experience in the Energy Sector, especially in the oil and gas industry.  He worked for Flopetrol-Schlumberger and Petrobras, starting as an oilfield engineer, then moving into several management positions in the Exploration and Production. Mr. Felix was also Secretary for Economic Development of the State of Espirito Santo, Brazil. Mr. Felix holds engineering degrees from the University of Brasilia (Electronics) and Petrobras University (Petroleum), an MBA from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
