QUE PASA in VENEZUELA.

Venezuela, country with the world’s largest oil reserves, has been in the news very intensively during the last months due to the political turbulence that is happening in the country at this moment. Governments across the world have expressed support behind Venezuelan leader Juan Guaido, who declared himself interim president. The U.S., Canada, Argentina, Brazil and the European Union have recognized Guaido as the country's legitimate interim leader of Venezuela. Last month, Interim President, Juan Guaido named Ambassador Orlando Viera as his representative in Canada.

Ambassador Orlando Viera will be in Calgary on March 12 to make a presentation to the business community in Alberta about what is happening in Venezuela and his perspective on the economic, political and social implications that this might represent for Canadian businesses and for the relationship Venezuela Canada.

Join us for this unique opportunity to hear directly about Que Pasa in Venezuela.
