To: ALL MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THOSE INTERESTED IN BECOMING MEMBERS
Please take notice that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of our Society will be held on
Wednesday October 27, 2010 at 5:00 PM at the
Terrace View Room of the Global Business Centre,
120 Eighth Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2G 0K6
REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 4:30 P.M.
For the purpose of:
1) Receiving and considering the report of the President and the Financial Statements for the year ending June 30th 2010;
2) Ratifying the actions of the Directors for the preceding year;
3) Electing Directors;
4) Discussing and approving any further business as may properly be presented before or during the meeting.
Note: The Financial Statements mentioned in item 1) will be available upon request prior to the Annual General Meeting.
In order to vote at the AGM you MUST be a CCA-Alberta member.
