Speakers:
Hugo Martelli, founding partner of Martelli Abogados SC (1999). Mr. Martelli developed his career in the field of natural resources and mining law. Mr. Martelli provides legal counsel to several international companies participating in mining ventures in Argentine provinces. He has also counselled major international companies, from North America, Europe and Latin America, in M&A and infrastructure projects, and has acted as an international arbitrator and legal expert in ICSID and ICC arbitrations process.
Pablo De Rosso, founding member of Martelli Abogados SC (1999). Mr. De Rosso specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project financing, corporations and tax issues. He provides legal counsel to numerous companies doing business in Argentina, based in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Daniel Gerold, founding partner for G&G Energy Consultants. Mr. Gerold holds experience in the energy business in Latin America, focused in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Brazil and specializes in different areas such as natural gas production, transportation, distribution and marketing; oil production and refining; power generation; and a wide range of financial and business issues related to these activities.
