NOTICE OF 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, CALL FOR NOMINATIONS, AND CHRISTMAS PARTY

To: ALL MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THOSE INTERESTED IN BECOMING MEMBERS

Please take notice that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of our Society will be held on November 26, 2009 at 5:30 PM at the Penthouse of The Fairmont Palliser, 133 9th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2P2M3 (REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 5:00 P.M.).

For the purpose of:

1) Receiving and considering the report of the President and the Financial Statements for the year ending June 30th 2009;

2) Ratifying the actions of the Directors for the preceding year;

3) Electing Directors;

4) Discussing and approving any further business as may properly be presented before or during the meeting.

Note: The Financial Statements mentioned in item 1) will be available upon request prior to the Annual General Meeting.
