Since their presentation to CCA members in Calgary last year, there have been numerous changes in the Argentine oil and gas business and regulatory environment. Messrs. Martelli and De Rosso of Martelli Abogados, a law firm with substantial experience in the natural resources industry, will present national legal and political highlights from 2006, and discuss the natural gas export crisis, the New National Law on Fiscal promotion of exploration, Enarsa as a new player, and recent private sales and Provincial calls for bids.
